Not the best getaway route!

If you’re going to commit a crime, you need to have a method for getting out of wherever it is you plan to be doing the deed. This feels like it should be obvious; however, we’ve seen multiple people over the years not think about this aspect and end up, for example, breaking their leg on a locked door.

This woman started with the right idea: go outside. That said, she soon erred by making a classic, cartoon-level mistake: running directly into a pole.

I’m sure the pain of the situation was made all the worse by the cop laughing directly in her face afterward.
