What do you mean you can’t always believe what you read on the internet?

The U.K. is known globally for its shitty food. While there are decent eateries in the country, the standard for its food is really not good at all — and this is coming from an American!

Which is why many visiting the city turn to the internet to find at least one good restaurant. However, Brits don’t really like this, as it means that the dozen or so eateries that serve actually palatable food are clogged with tourist traffic.

And so, the Brits did the only thing they could (besides cook better food, Lord knows they can’t do that): They review-bombed terrible restaurants with positive reviews.
