She had her hazard lights on, was clearly waiting for a better place to pull over considering they're on a highway, but the guy went and bumped her anyway. Not sure where this policeman received his training, but even after literally FLIPPING HER CAR UPSIDE DOWN he remains totally unapologetic and seems to do as little as possible to help her out of the smoking wreck.

Pretty astonishing, to say the least. But, fortunately, it seems the woman and her child are okay.
