This checkout line Karen thinks that the dude in front of her needs help, and she and her potty-mouth are not afraid to let him know it. "I don't need your help," he tells her. "Yes you do mother f-" she tells him. "You do!"

While initially it seems like she might want to help him with something real, it becomes apparent that she just wants to spew some Jesus nonsense. Too bad, it's past time a Karen did something nice for somebody.
