The President has been accused of staging two photos ops while at Walter Reed Hospital. Metadata reportedly shows Trump's two "working" photos were actually taken just ten minutes apart.

And if that weren't sad enough, others noticed the "work" in front of President Trump was nothing more than a blank piece of paper with his signature on it.
