So in a Tweet today, he explained the reality that if the U.S. had tested half as many people, there would be half as many COVID-19 cases in the country.

That may not be necessarily correct—there could still be just as many actual cases, only we would have confirmation of fewer of them than we do now—but accuracy isn't the point of math anyways.

Math is something you do from the heart, and Donny's got a lot of heart.
