As the omniscient Mr. Mackey says: "Drugs are bad, m'kay."

That statement never carries more weight than when looking at before and after pictures of people who became addicted to drugs.

Obviously not all drugs are inherently bad. This website wouldn't run without access to caffeine and alcohol, but it would run much worse if everyone on it was coked out of their minds all the time.

Something about seeing people look like crap when they're on drugs and then look normal when they're sober will always be entertaining to humans. Which is why reality TV shows rely on this trope.
